License Agreement

This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is hereby created by and between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee") and DreamVid (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor") concerning your usage and access of the products of the Licensor (hereinafter referred to as "Software"). Through the usages of our tools on your electronic device, the Licensee hereby agrees and acknowledges to adhere and follow the following terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.

Grant of License

The Licensor assigns to the Licensee (a physical person) the personal, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-limited and non-assignable right to copy and access the tools for the Licensee’s own and non-commercial usage and purposes, except in the event that the Licensee has bought a business license from the Licensor. Disclosing any parts of the tools or anything associated with the tools with other external third parties, or enabling other external third parties to this Agreement to observe anything associated with the tools, will hereby be deemed a breach of this license. The Licensee is, in under no circumstances whatsoever, allowed to publish any parts of these tools online, or through any other means that would render the tools accessible to other users, except in the event that the Licensee has initially bought tools with a license that allows several users to view it.

Copyright

The tool is in the ownership of the Licensor and the rights of the tool are unequivocally protected through various international copyright regulations, laws and treaties. The Licensee is, in under no circumstances whatsoever, allowed to delete or obscure any designation that proves the copyrights and other Intellectual Property Rights from the tools.

Ownership

The Licensee is in ownership and possesses the media upon which the Software is displayed. Nevertheless, the Licensee hereby agrees and understands that the Licensor maintains its ownership of the Software. The Licensor retains any other relevant rights that are not expressly or directly assigned to the Licensee.

Restriction on Use

The Licensee is, in under no circumstances whatsoever, allowed to change, alter or modify in any way the tools. The Licensee is not allowed to transfer or grant a license of the rights under this Agreement to any other external third parties, unless the Licensee obtains the express written consent of the Licensor.

Termination

The Licensor has the absolute, complete and full right to terminate this Agreement in the event that the Licensee consistently breaches this Agreement. The effect of the termination shall be the fact that all rights assigned and granted to the Licensee will no longer have an effect. In the case of termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the tools. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate your right to use part or all of the tools at any time without notice to you, and in that event, we may modify the tools to make it inoperable. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with this License Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

No Warranties

The Licensor does not make any warranties, either direct or implied, in any way with regard to the products and tools included on this website. The Licensor shall not be held responsible or liable for any losses, injury or damages that happened whilst the Licensee was not properly operating and using the tools.
