3.How many images or videos can I generate?
The number of generations depends on your subscription plan and the models you use. Each plan includes an estimated number of monthly generations — you can find detailed breakdowns in the pricing table.

4. Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?
No. Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend using your credits within the current subscription period to get the most value.

5. What if I need more credits?
You have several options:
Basic users: Upgrade your plan to receive more credits.
Pro users: Use the credit slider below the Pro plan to purchase additional credits instantly.
Subscribed users: Purchase add-on credit packs anytime as a one-time purchase.
Purchased credits are added immediately and can be used across all supported models.

6. What are add-on credits? Do they expire or get refunded?
Add-on credits are extra credits purchased separately from your subscription.
They do not expire

7. How can I check my credit balance?
You can view your remaining credits in the top-right corner of the interface or on the Billing page in your account settings.

8. Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes. All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access. You can cancel anytime in your account settings — your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No. The price you see is the price you pay.
There are no hidden charges beyond your selected plan or optional add-on purchases.

10. What is your refund policy?
You may request a refund for subscription credits within 3 days of your first purchase, provided you meet the eligibility requirements.
Add-on credits are not refundable.

11. Can I change my subscription after purchase?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and any credit difference is applied instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your existing plan will remain active until the change applies.
